What Causes Persistent Fever With Chronic Cough And Fatigue?

ive had a fever for 4 and a half days, feeling achy and tired. i have no sore throat though, however i have a terrible cough that hurts my chest and lung area every time i cough. i was wondering what more i can do other than rest and take Tylenol because i can t get an appointment with a doctor until next week.

Would advise you to take antibiotic course of 1 week.
Also, do CT scan chest and blood culture test.
