What Causes Persistent Giddiness Post A Paralytic Attack?

Before in the year 2007 had paralytic attract and undergone treatment at Kolkatta Apollo hospital and till 2016 August 2016 middle was ok and continuing the 25 mg and was continuing till September 11 , and attacked minorly on 12 th 2016 and was on journey whereby feeling giddiness and vomitted and admitted one and half days at hospital and continuing the same pressure medicine two times of 25 mg and haemoglobin but still feeling giddiness so like to consult u Doctor....,

it can be relapse and another stroke has taken place. mri brain to be taken and consult neurologist for assessing present status. now complete bed rest and monitor the recovery. control hypertension. after complete recovery physiotherapy in effected part be started.
