What Causes Persistent Hair Loss Despite Taking Medication?

Hi i am 22 years old. I started losing hair 3 years before. I have been using minoxidil & aminexil solution for more than 2 years.but i didn t see any visible effects. Then i took finax tablets for about 5 months , i still take. But i still keep losing my hair .i see no results. My hair s thining day by day..plz help m
