Hello Dear. You may be having
migraine or
trigeminal neuralgia. Since you have nausea associated with headache its more likely to be migraine. But since you also have suborbital pain, it can also be trigeminal neuralgia. Since you are already on migraine treatment and also undergone omega procedure, i will suggest you few lifestyle tips.
1. Avoiding trigger factors can reduce the frequency of migraine attacks by up to 50%.
2. A regulated healthy lifestyle is helpful including regular sleep patterns, regular exercise, healthy diet, regular mealtimes and avoidance of excess caffeine and alcohol.
3. Behavioral interventions (relaxation training, biofeedback therapy,
stress management and
psychotherapy) to manage migraine when stress is a major trigger or when analgesics are being overused
4. Remember and practice "R.E.S.C.U.E." with a migraine headache
starts or is about to start. This can be written down as a prescription !
-Remain calm…Remain Relaxed …Rely on God.
-Escape from known triggers.
-Stay away from stress or stressful situations.
-Carry your migraine medications with you at all times
-Use medications early...
-Eat and sleep on schedule.
