Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Persistent Headache, Fatigue, Dizziness, Chills And Vomiting?
For one and a half weeks now i have been experiencing headache, fatigue, dizziness, sensitivity to light, nausea, vomiting, sweats, chills, back ache, sensitivity to sound, cough, slight sorin\\e throat and muscles feel very tired. I m not getting better.
I would like to ask you to do the following tests: 1. Complete blood count 2. Liver Function Test 3. Head CT 4. CT Sinus
As you have many symptoms, I would like to tell you each one of these: 1. Paracetamol can be taken due to fever when there will be chills 2. Due to backache also, Paracetamol or any pain reliever 3. If too much headache can take Ibuprofen (maybe with pantoprazole if heartburn/acidity occurs) 4. Ondansetron or Domperidone for nausea and vomiting
With all these tests, please post another question.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
