What Causes Persistent Headache?

Hi! My son is 16 and he is complaining constantly of headaches. He had a CT Scan, normal. Today the nurse called me again... he was there with headache. I asked her to check his blood pressure. He had 145/75 and pulse 50. His father had a heart attack at age 40. My son's cholesterol level went down to 170. His blood work is normal. What should I do? He works out 3 times a week. He weights 208 pounds.
