What Causes Persistent Headaches Along With Dizziness?

I am experiencing headaches, which I have had for years, I m also dizzy which I thought was a result of medication, but have stopped all medications. I have bouts where I feel like I might pass out and some days are worse than others, some days I can t get my eyes to focus because it hurts too much and the dizziness varies from day to day as well, I also have some ear pain and numbness by my ears.
