What Causes Persistent Headaches And Low Grade Fever?

Since I had the flu in the middle of january, I have had a constant headache (meds help), a low grade temp (99.8) off & on, & a cough with lots of mucus. Have taken antibiotics for sinus infection, seen ENT & was given script for cough & 2 nasal sprays. My symptoms appear to be worse.
