What Causes Persistent Headaches, Blurred Vision And Shivering?

Hi there, I am a 17 year old girl who has been suffering from constant coldness, regular headaches, blurry vision and shaking hands. I was just wondering what the possible causes could be for this. I have read that it can be diabetes but im not too sure because 1 year or so ago i was checked for diabetes by doing a urine sample for my doctor. She said it was clear of glucose. My dad has type 1 diabetes ever since he was a kid. Could i be anemic?? Thankyou
