What Causes Persistent Headaches With On And Off Streaks Of Light?
For the past two weeks I have had headaches, not severe but persistent. I have also seen occasional streaks of light that resemble shooting stars, but only a few times. I have a history of leiomyosarcoma of the uterus but have been in remission since 2013 when chemo ended. No radiation.

your symptoms could be of Migraine. It need not be unilateral or throbbing type of pain always. Even the duration of pain can vary from hours to days .
Treatment depends on severity of your symptoms. NSAIDS are sufficient for mild type. but if it is much more severe then you might have to take 1.Triptans like SUMATRIPTAN ( contraindicated in cardiovascular disease, Epileptic patients)
2.ergot alkoloids like
3. along with NSAIDS.
