Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to gastritis of gastroesophageal reflux.

For this reason, I recommend performing a fibrogastroscopy.

I would exclude any cardiac issues, considering your cardiac performed tests.

Regarding the Chiari malformation, I agree with you that it could be related to the dizziness and neck pain. Anyway, I recommend trying to correct your posture and use an orthopedic pillow in order to investigate if a wrong posture is contributing in all this clinical scenario.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
