What Causes Persistent Heavy Head Feeling Despite Taking Medications?

Hi, i have heavy head feeling since 2nd june. I thought it was a migraine but the heavyhead feeling still have for now. Went to see doc on 5th june and was givn pacofen but the heavyheaded feeling is still there till today. Im also taking xanax due to my anxiety. Im started to feel paranoid abt by head, pls help..

Hello,

I think you may need to do a total blood count with formula and thyroid hormones. Iron deficiency anemia and hypothyroidism can cause the heavy head feeling. Then you can consult a neurologist about it.
