Hi, i am curious a to why my body overheats all the time. Im 18 years old, and everytime i get overheated i get really weak and tired. I do not know as to why i overheat, but i do. I can be walking to school n start to get overheated or be sitting on the couch at home and get overheated. Though if im in an already warm environment, i will get even more overheated, weak, tired, along with slight dizzyness. I just to curious as to why this may be happening because it does worry me along with friends and family.
There are many reasons for the body overheating. In your case, it is possible that this is happening because your body is growing at a fast rate because of your age.
Since you also have dizziness, there is a chance that you are dehydrated. You can start by drinking a lot of water to see if it help you. Follow up after 3 days. All the best.
Hope this helps you
