What Causes Persistent High Eosinophil?
Thefollowing drugs were prescribed after series of haemogram result confirms persistant high eosinophils for over 2 months period:
a) ultracet 1-0-1 x3 days
b)livogen 1-0-0 x 1month. what should be the likely diagnosis?

Dear drugs you mentioned are the used for anemia and pain. Not for high eosinophil count.
many causes for eosinophilia. Depending upon the count treatment may vary.
Use tab. levocetrizine and montelukast at night for 2weeks.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
