What Causes Persistent High Fever, Dark Urine And Low White Blood Count?

hi i have a 10 year old daughter who has had a fever for about 6 days now running in the 103 range. she has gone to the DR. and the ER where labs have been done and have come back negative. the have only put her on Tylenol and Motrin but it does not drop her temperature. she does have a dark urine. her white blood count is low. she has no other medical issues no pain other than to her ankle. no issues going to the restroom and she is eating well

I really appreciate your concern, febrile condition of six days could be infection, the most common would be virus, some time it may takes little more time for cure still it is better to get done the routine blood and urine test to rule out bacterial or parasitic infection, if the total count comes low then chances of typhoid is likely, such case needs close observation hope this information helps.
