What Causes Persistent Hot Flushes In Body After A Hip Injury In An Elderly?

Hi, I have an aunt, she is 91 yr. old, she has complained of hot flushes for a longtime, but more so since she broke her hip 6 wks. ago. It starts at around 4pm. and ends somewhere at 9pm. Could this be demensia? Her doctor has her on anxiety meds. and reflux meds.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is not the dementia but in geriatric age it may happens, or some time may not happens it is not the part of the age related symptoms all the time, it goes on vary from person to person in old age, and what ever the condition they have it needs to be managed accordingly hope this information helps.
