What Causes Persistent Infection In The Ears?

I have had varied symptoms, that were mis-diagnosed by every doctor I have had in my 42 year old life. I have hemi-paresis, scoliosis, Migraines and other issues that were handled separately throughout my life. I recently had an extremely incompetent MD send me for an MRI for a persistent ear infection, which I didn t need, but illuminated something, in the process. I have what is called a Lipsky s encephili. Looking further, All these issues I ve been having/results of MRI are reflective of Schitzencephali. My question is this: after 42 years of incompetent care? How do I find a doctor for this who is competent/not just a pill pusher and medical billing coder
