What Causes Persistent Itching In Arms, Legs And Chest?

I have itching in my arms, legs, and upper chest. This has been happening for about two months. I have tried taking Benadryl, and that helps a little, but it doesn t stop it. I do not spend much time out of doors, so I don t believe misquito bites are the problem.
