What Causes Persistent Itching In Genitals And Thighs?

Sir, I am 52 years old and suffering with itching problem in urinal portion and thigh from last one month. I regularly wash the portion and change my underwear two times daily and used cream for eczema but not yet get any relief. I shall be thankful if you kindly suggest me some homeopathic medicine. There can be various reasons for persistent itching in genitals and thighs, major of which tends to be a fungal infection of the area.

There are stringent guidelines for best relief as
- local area cleansing with antiseptic liquid
- regular trimming of private parts hair with avoidance of commercial creams and unsterilised blades
- prescription of antifungal and prophylactic antibiotics
- antihistamine as cetirizine or else
- tub bath with warm water added peppermint oil and epsom salt 2 times a day prove best therapy
- control of blood sugar
