What Causes Persistent Itching In Vagina As Antibiotics Dint Work?

I went to my family doctor after experiencing vaginal itching.....i also had what feels like rashes around my labia.....i layed on the "table" im assuming she seen them because she pointed it to them she then inserted some kind of q-tip into my vagina for sample...when she came back she told me i was diagnosed with trichomoniasis...she prescribed antibiotics...when i went for my follow-up... i was still itching, she then gave me pap smear...and then said i had little bit of a yeast infection...she prescribed me with terconzale to take for 3 days...after 3 days im still burning and itching and the rashes are still here....i still use the terconzale, hoping that i would go away eventually...i dont think i have herpes or genital warts because i think she would have told me....i dont know whats wrong
