What Causes Persistent Itching Sensation On Scalp And Skin?
My scalp and skin have been very itchy for the last couple of months. It feels like something crawling on me but nothings there. I saw my PCP and she said that it was winter itch, and to try dove soap and aveeno for the itching. Well, I m using Dove deep moisture body wash and aveeno 24hr skin relief lotion, but i m still itching. And my scalp is really itchy. Any suggestions??

From history it seems that there might be having some scalp infection like fungal infection or dandruff producing itching on scalp and on skin.
Go for regular hair wash.
Take Benadryl or cetrizine for itching.
Apply some moisturizing body lotion after shower.
Ok and take care.
