What Causes Persistent Itchy Bumps On Arms And Legs?

I think I may have a mild case of shingles....but the bumps are all over my body and I have been breaking out in itchy bumps now for almost 3 months. There is also some nervy pain on my skin. I have one bump on my leg which has been there for a month and it is still very itchy and uncomfortable. They are small.

Your symptoms seem to be related to shingles.

I recommend using antiviral medication such as Acyclovir tablet daily.

I also recommend using Acyclovir cream, for local application.
