What Causes Persistent Itchy Rash On Neck And Limbs?

Hi, I was wandering if I should be concerned and be checked out. I have had a rash that is very itchy on my neck for about 4 weeks now, a few days ago the rash as moved to my legs and arms. I also have a lot of stiffness in my hips favoring my left hip and its very tight, I am having a hard time walking.

It is difficult to comment on the rash without examination, I would suggest you to see dermatologist for further evaluation.

I would have asked you for complete blood picture, to them based on the report next plan of management would be considered.
