Hi
Thanks for posting your query.
Your symptoms are very much suggestive of condition called Cervical Radiculopathy. It's a condition where nerves at your neck level gets compressed between the neck bones and it causes pain in back of neck shoulder arm chest and pain. You need to get MRIcervical spine for the confirmation of diagnosis and also to know the extent of problem .
Kindly revert back with the MRI report. Also do slow rotational exercise of neck.
Any clarification feel free to ask
