Though you have no such family history yet you are instructed to get few tests and investigations done as you are having persistent
chest pain on the left side. Get clinically examined by a Cardiologist & get routine cardiac tests done, like EKG, Echo, X-ray,
stress test, lipid function tests, blood sugar(F/PP), etc. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. Till then, if obese, try to maintain healthy weight. Do regular walking.
Take a balanced, home made, nutritious diet. Take freshly prepared food, well cooked whole cereals, lean meat, omega 3 rich fish, nuts, dry fruits, berries, fruits, veggies. Avoid spicy, oily junk food, refined flour, full fat dairy products, red meat, alcohol, drugs, smoking, etc. You can get connected to a Physical therapist to get rid of pain due to sprain or strain, pinched nerve, pulled muscle or
costochondritis. Exercises and
massage therapy under a
Physical therapy is effective and helpful.
