What Causes Persistent Left Sided Chest Pain?

Sir, in the last summer i suffered through a problem, i eat little bit chicken and after 20 minutes i drink PEPSI rightafter 15 minutes my heartbeat was so fast and i feel chest pain on the left side, i was completely scared that i have heart problem but i went to a hospital & me ask to doctor for ECG but my ECG report was ok, Then i go to for Medical specialist he treat me with Esomeprazole, Methycobal tablet & Ulsanic (Sucralfate) syrup. I continue that treament for 1 month after i left that treatment, but i still have sometime chest pain & left muscle pain. I know i still have stomach problem i will gas in my stomach. Could you please lead me in this matter that what problem i have & how should i diagnose it?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Well, after going through the description you have posted, it appears that you are still not cured of gastritis. For this you need to take esmoprazole for another 21 days on empty stomach once a day. Also drink 3 tea spoons of antacid-anaesthetic gel syrup. See that you avoid spicy, oily and irritant goods like coffee/tea/aerated waters.
If at all you are not relieved of symptoms, and think that there is abnormality in heart, kindly get an echocadiogram done and take opinion from a cardiologist.
