What Causes Persistent Legs And Arms Ache?

I feel vey achey all the time in my legs and arms and also feel very tired.I have had this for around 3 months. I have had blood tests, and they ruled out most things including thyroid problems and low iron levels. Could this be post viral fatigue? Can it be tested?
