What Causes Persistent Lip Tingling, Facial And Leg Spasms, Jaw Pain, And Small Bumps Near My Cupid’s Bow?

Hello. I suddenly noticed these little bumps near my cupids bow. They seem to be fordyce spots, but I am not sure seeing that I have been having tingling on the lips. This tingling has been happening for days on end and frequently for weeks. I’ve also been experiencing pain in my jaw, chin, lips, gums, inner lip, and facial spasms (twitching) in my cheeks/eyelids/lip. I also have been having leg spasms. I have been sniffly also and waking up with sniffles and a little phlegm in my throat. Also, I had an occurrence of burning feet sensations once this past week. I am wondering what the spots may be. But also why I keep having these sensations in my body. It seems that it could be nerve damage. And these bodily behaviors are abnormal to me.
