Hello welcome to the health care magic

Symptomatic management done for your child

It seems to be viral gastroenteritis like infection leading diarrhea

3-4 pus cells can be seen in stool and bacteria can be from contamination

Take care

Hope this will help you

Consult pediatrician for examination and discuss your case
