General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Taking ibuprofen will serve as a suppressant of the fever and not curative pathway. Kindly get a basic lab test of complete blood counts done after recommendation of your GP and prescription of antibiotics, anti viral medications as per the alteration in parameters and clinical evaluation by expert family physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
