What Causes Persistent Lower Abdominal Pain With Tiredness In An Adolescent?

14 year old daughter say s she s been having abdominal pain in the lower part of her stomach for about 3 months. She was diagnosed with Celiac Disease when she was 11 years old. She has not been eating lot. Her bowels are soft with green spots. She also has been feeling tired. She has no energy when walking during school.
