What Causes Persistent Lower Right Quadrant Pain And Pain In Hip?

I am a twenty year old female and I ve had persistant lower right quadrant pain for months now. The emergency room has done ultrasounds and diagnosed me with hemmorgic cysts. This morning I woke up to a terrible ache in my right side above my hip, it is darkly bruised, painful to touch or move. Even walk! It aches into my back and becoming unbearable. Any ideas of what could be wrong?

HI
Well come to HCM
If this was the cyst with hemorrhage then this need to be confirm with MRI, else pain may not be due to this, infect this is medical emergency, if the pain is severe then this need some investigation to know the underlying cause, till then to subside the pain, Tab Acetaminophen and Diclofenac can be tried, chances of abscess need to be ruled out, take care, have a nice day.
