What Causes Persistent Mild Dizziness, blurred Vision In Right Eye And Palpitations?

Hi, I have a history of high blood pressure and migraines. Few times within past weeks I woke up and was unable to see fully out of my right eye. This goes away after minute or less. I also have weakness on left side of my body and palpitations that EKG showed within normal limits. My doctor is sending me to get stress test done, however there are symptoms going on in my head that are very scary. I tend to have a feeling of lightheadedness few times throughout the day and just cannot function normally. My eyes are very sensitive also. All blood work is great. I am very concerned.

Well come to HCM
If this is the history hypertension and headache let it be migraine and it is syncope like symptom (Not exactly ) then it is most advisable to get done the CT of brain, if the EKG is alright then it is okay and here cardiac elements being ruled out, hope this information helps, take care.
