What Causes Persistent Nausea And Stomach Pain?

I am having nausea like symptoms for over a month. I don t know what is causing it. When I go to the bathroom to throw up, nothing comes out for the most part and I have this pain in my stomach that wont go away for hours on end. I am scared of eating knowing that I might vomit later on. Any thoughts? Many thanks.

If you are a woman you need to get a pregnancy test as soon as possible. Alternatively, it could be a resilient stomach flu.
