General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to severe acid reflux, esophagitis, obstruction of the GIT tract, indigestion, any visceral cause, gastroenteritis, peptic ulcer disease.
I would suggest to consult the gastroenterologist and undergo blood tests like CBC, ESR, CRP, LFT, hydrogen and urea breath test, USG scan of the abdomen and if needed upper Hi endoscopy.
Specific treatment will depend on the cause.
Meanwhile take following advises:
Tablet pantoprazole plus domperidone before the meal
Syrup mucaine before the meal
Tablet metoclopromide at the bed time, tablet unienzyme
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal
Avoid spicy/oily/fatty food
Take diet like banana, rice, applesauce, yogurt and buttermilk
Do regular exercise to regularize the bowel movement
Hope this may help you
