What Causes Persistent Nausea And Vomiting?

I had an ultra sound last week to check my gallbladder because of constent nausea and vomiting gallbladder was fine but the only other thing dr told me was theres a 21x12x19mm echogenic nodule with the left hepatic lobe and that it likely represents an hemangioma... he didn t seem concerned but my gut feels differently should I be concerned and what could cause this

Well come to HCM
Further investigation may required to confirm the final diagnosis and for tat better to get done CT scan, liver function test, differential diagnosis need to be taken in consideration before this is to be labeled Hemangioma, hope this information helps, take care.
