Psychologist 's  Response
Hello,

From the narrative you gave, it seems that you have made a relationship between nausea and stress or cigarette smoking. I am saying this because your experience of two years same complaint. Therefore, I suggest consulting a psychologist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand, Psychologist
