What Causes Persistent Nightmares Along With Rapid Heart Rate?
hi, i have a problem while going to sleep....i get scared and my heart beat gets fast...i also get lots of nightmares....this started when i used to stay in a rented place...and the land lord did some black-magic to make all the six tenants to vacate cause we all were not shifting and asking him for atleast six months time, ofcourse i did not believe in black-magic, but five of the tenants got attacked, two with heart attack, one with night mares and so on...i used to pray and read the bible and did not bother much...but eventually i started getting nightmares and slowly started getting scared before going to sleep. i started using alcohol to combat my fright..then i got married and used to stick to my wife while sleeping and passed on life...now i am forced to stay alone at my aunts place and facing this problem, what would u suggest..peter
