What Causes Persistent Nocturnal Ejaculation?

Hello,

I am suffering from nightfall from many years.I never eat any dry fruit,meat etc to avoid nightfall but it happens 1-2 times in week or some times 3-4 times in 1 week.I take many medicines from specialist doctors but no any permanent sloution.Pls solve my problem.

Hi,

There is no relation in eating dry fruit, meat and nightfall. Nightfall is due to excess of sperm production and it overflows via nocturnal ejaculation. You need to do masturbation to avoid frequent problem of nocturnal ejaculation. Masturbation is very safe and easy way to get rid of nightfall.
