What Causes Persistent Nose Clogging?

i had this clogged every morning for almost two months now.also i hav to blow my nose whenever i take a bath to clear the clogged nostrils/sinuses. most of the time, i took decongestant for a quick relief but it keeps coming back. what does this mean. what is the manifestation of this illness?please i need ur answer doc for this coz i am worried already. thank you

The most common cause for repeated nasal congestion is allergic rhintis which is inflammation of the nasal passages due to allergies.

Once you are re exposed to the allergen then the allergies would continue. Allergens can be dust, pollen, foods, animals, environmental pollutants.

In addition to the decongestant, the use of a topical steroid nasal spray and antihistamine may help.
