What Causes Persistent Pain And Burning Sensation In Chest?

I am 41 and my chest hurts. In the last 2-3 days I have just a burning heavy feeling in my chest. Not like heartburn. Just a extremely heavy and sometimes radiating pain. It is not sharpe but constant. I am constantly bulching in the last 3days. I do have a family history of heart problems on both sides. I had this pain about a month ago and it went away but now it s back and more intense this time. Sometime my arms tingle and pain in my shoulders. Could this be a mild heart attack?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
I really appreciate your concern.. Hello dear..this kind of pain mainly occur due to gastroesophagial reflux disease...but you had history of cardiac disease on both side of your family so I advice you to go for ECG to rule out of cardiac problem... Thank you..
