What Causes Persistent Pain And Dark Skin Discolouration On Right Arm?

I am having pain in the right arm on the outside of the bicep. It is a constant pain and today I noticed 2 dark colored likes through that muscle. I have been having shoulder and arm pain for months but this is a constant achy pain and with the lines I was worried about a blood clot. Is it possible to get a blood clot in the upper arm!

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to muscle spasm and not due to any blood clot, this could be due to poor posture, try to maintain good posture, for the pain "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day can be tried, hope this information helps, take care.
