What Causes Persistent Pain And Swelling In Testicles Despite Taking Pentids?

hello sir i have been diagnosed with chronic epydimitisis in my left testicles with filaria since last 2 years. now i am taking pentids 800 and banocide forte 1 tab each daily since last 2 months but still there is pain and swelling. i am not taking any pain killer. plz suggest and guide me sir.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is not the infection then it may not response to antibiotic and differential diagnosis is matter of concern and condition could be anything else it may be surgical condition too better to have second clinical opinion hope this information helps.
