What Causes Persistent Pain And Tightness In Chest?

26 yo f I have this pain of tightness in my chest. I usually don t feel unless I stretch up or I am sitting up from lying down flat. When I lift up I also feel the tightness in my back in the same spot like my chest. What could this pain be and why after 6 months is it still bothering me

Hi,
It seems that you might be having costo-chondritis giving this problem.
Giving pressure on muscles like changing movements like stretching of arms, changing positions etc. will give this pain.
Many a time lack of physical exercises can lead to this problem.
Go for regular exercises like walking, running, swimming daily.
Take ibuprofen medicine as needed.
Apply some analgesic, muscle relaxant cream.
Ok and take care.
