General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are many possible causes related to the pain in legs and arms. I suggest doing some examinations to confirm the diagnosis.

I recommend a complete blood count, rheumatoid factor, level PCR level, and electrolytes level.

Meanwhile, I suggest using noninflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen three times a day to relieve the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
