What Causes Persistent Pain In Chest Along With Indigestion And Weakness?

Dear sir, i was suffering low grade fever in second half ,weeknes and digestion problem. And a day going to right side chest pain.my doctor has sugested some test e g usg xray blood urine monteax test.monteax test fond negative.x ray reprt show pleural membrane effusion.usg report show node in tree shape.doctor has advised to take calciferal powder and buclizume syrup and rest.but not relax have to go sgpgi lko gor treatment there doctor has dignosed tuberculosis by testing lungs fluid .i have medicate 7 month for that and doctor has advised to stop medicine but i feel digestion problem and not good gain weight , plese suggest

I really appreciate your concern, if the tuberculosis being suspected then it needs to be ruled out first and for that all the necessary test needs to be carried out, till then abdomen symptoms can be managed with "Tab Dicyclomine " three times in day "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" can be tried twice in day for five days, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
