What Causes Persistent Pain In Chest?

I have a strange feeling in my chest. I m sixteen years old, never smoked or done anything of the sort, no history of heart issues as far as I know, no previous heart issues, drink not water every day, I eat decently healthy, though I don t exercise. For the past year I ve had an aching feeling in my chest, like it s in my muscles or ribs. I think it may be from anxiety. I went to my doctor, who said she didn t think it was heart problems. I was referred to a pulmanologist, and they found nothing wrong and also said the issue didn t sound cardiac related. Ever since I ve developed terrible health anxiety, especially surrounding cardiac issues. After worrying about my heart s health for months, a new sensation has found its way to my chest. Unlike the previous pain, this feels deeper, like it s under my muscles and ribs. It doesn t hurt necessarily, but is rather uncomfortable and makes me feel the need to twist and turn my upper body due to the odd sensation. It almost feels like a part of my is being twisted, or maybe pinched. Rather uncomfortable, and very unnerving. I cannot go to a cardiologist at the moment, or a hospital for that matter, due to money issues. The strange feeling lasts for a couple of minutes at the most, and happens several times a day, about once every few hours. I m not sure if my health anxiety could be causing this, or if there s something severely wrong with me. Could this be caused by anxiety, or does this sound like something else? I m constantly afraid I m going to drop dead from some heart problems. (Also, I happen to be have chronic hyperventilation, if that may have anything to do with it.)

dear friend

at the very onset please relax if a GP and pulmonologist have examined tou then if there was any heart related major or minor issue they would have discovered it by now and referred you to the right doctor, as you your self admit you are anxious about some vague kind of pain in the chest area and hyperventilate often, it signifies that you are worrying too much on a simple may be muscle ache.

if you can stop please stop bothering about it and need be see a psychiatrist and get your anxiety resolved
