What Causes Persistent Pain In Head Radiating Towards Shoulder?
I ve been having this headache for at least once or twice a week its right by my eyelid and above my eyebrow it s always a radiating to my shoulder to the top of my head the most seeds on the right side of the really sure if it so I strain or a cluster headache or migraine I feel sweaty whatever I m at work when I have this pain that I feel fatigued and I sometimes get nausea do you think you can help me out this
Hi. Thanks for your your query. Noted your history of headaches, radiation of the pain to the right eyelid, and above eyebrow to the shoulder. Such type of pains can be due to multiple reasons like Trigeminal neuralgia, migraine and cervical spondilitis. I would advise you to have the following: Neurologist's opinion. MRI of the neck for cervical spine, MRI of the brain for vascular anamolies and so on. This will give the diagnosis and a plan for proper treatment . Control of stress and/or anxiety is very important. As is the medical checkup for any hypertension and so.
