Yes hello my left shoulder has been hurting for about 3 months an the pain runs down my arm to my hand causes it to be numb sometimes can t hold my head up I can t look up into the sky an can t turn to look behind me unless I turn body around could it be like a pinched nerve

Hello,

You should get an X-ray cervical spine and asc4ssed for cervical spondylitis. Maintain a proper posture of the neck while studying, sitting, etc.
