What Causes Persistent Pain In Lower Abdomen Inspite Of Taking Librax?

I hv pain in my abdomen( abov de uterus) since last 3 weeks ..n doctr prescribed here sme injctn n bellic ..azoflox. but no improvmt ...naftr 2 days i went another doc he gav me only 1 tab dat z librax .for 1 week i m fellng better but frm last 1 week i aso suffer frm dat pain but i drank water n i feel relif but frm last day same pain again n aso sinc morning lose motion starts.. plzz suggest me som tablt...

I really appreciate your concern, ideally such symptoms if not responding to treatment then this need to be investigated and underlying cause need to be treated, so better get done the test, and CT imaging is the best one, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
